Career overview
Consulting Partner at Deloitte Southeast Asia in Singapore (2024 to present)
I lead Deloitte Southeast Asia's transportation, hospitality, and services industry (THS) industry segment, with a specialization in air transport. My role entails bringing the best capabilities of Deloitte, the world's largest professional services firm, to meet the need of THS industry clients around Southeast Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam).
Asia Consulting Leader at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in Singapore (2018 to 2024)
I relocated from the Middle East to Singapore in 2018 to lead IATA’s advisory business in Asia, with a mission to deliver innovation and operational excellence for clients across the air transport value chain. I formulated and executed a go-to-market strategy to profitably grow the regional revenue, built and led a high-performing team of consultants (+7 FTEs) and subcontractors, nurtured senior client relationships, won and delivered projects at new accounts, and raised IATA’s brand equity in the market through speaking engagements.
Senior Director / Associate Partner, Transport & Logistics Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Dubai (2011 to 2017)
I joined PwC Middle East as a Consulting Director through its acquisition of PRTM in 2011. I led PwC Middle East's transport & logistics industry segment and founded PwC’s global Aviation Center of Excellence that grew into a nexus of ~650 experts with the purpose of addressing the complex needs of aviation clients in underserved markets and across PwC’s lines of service (Consulting, Deals, Tax, Legal, Assurance).
Principal at Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd, & McGrath (PRTM) in Paris, France and Dubai, UAE (2007 to 2011)
I joined the global advisory boutique PRTM (~800 professionals) and delivered operational strategy, product and service innovation, and manufacturing and supply chain transformation projects (using the SCOR model) for aerospace, automotive, defense, mining, pharma, rail, sovereign wealth fund, and telco clients. PRTM was subsequently acquired by PwC in 2011.
Senior Consultant at CSC Peat Marwick in Paris, France (2000 to 2006)
I joined KPMG’s management advisory practice as a consultant in Paris after my MBA in 2000 prior to its acquisition by CSC.
